- Sharda Classes is not responsible for any technical issues or payment gateway failures.
- Late payments may attract penalties or result in temporary suspension from classes.
4. Conduct & Discipline
- Students must maintain discipline, decorum, and punctuality.
- Any act of misconduct, indiscipline, or property damage can result in suspension or termination of admission.
- Mobile phones are to be used only as per faculty instructions.
5. Study Material & Intellectual Property
- All study material, test papers, and other resources provided are the intellectual property of Sharda Classes.
- Reproduction, recording, sharing, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Attendance & Performance
- Regular attendance in lectures and test series is mandatory.
- Students are expected to appear for all scheduled tests and maintain consistent academic performance
- To know the absentee status of Students, phone calls and follow ups to the parents are conducted by our staff members.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Sharda Classes does not guarantee any specific rank, score, or college admission.
- The institute shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses due to exam performance or personal negligence.
